In addition to having adequate hardware to drive your system, you will also need the appropriate set of operating system and communication software. You will need the following software for EACH computer in your system.
If you have a single computer, you can use either the Microsoft Windows95 or Windows98 or Windows NT or WindowsME or Windows 2000 or Windows XP (or later) operating system.
Note: If you're using Windows95, it should be release "B" or later.
If you have a network of computers, you must use the Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 (or later) or Windows 2000 operating system on the server. The workstations can use any 32-bit Windows operating system. This includes Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows NT, Windows 2000 or Windows XP (but NOT Windows 3.1 or Windows NT earlier than version 4.0).
You'll also need to download FixMe.IT software on all computers you would like support on. This allows your computer and our computer to "talk" to each other. In this way, we can directly "see" what your system is doing which makes trouble-shooting infinitely easier.
