Change a Route

Here's how to change the Route Name or Route ID of an existing route.

 

From the Lynx Main Menu . . .

1. Left-click on Delivery.

2. A drop down menu will appear

3. Left-click on Add, Change, Delete Routes.

4. This will display the Add, Change, Delete Routes window.

5. Left-click the button.

6. If you want to change the name of a route, left-click in the route Name text box and key in the change.

7. If you want to change the Route ID number of a route, left-click in the Route ID text box and key in the change.

8. When you're done making the change(s), left-click the button.

As soon as you make a change to a route ID or name, all of the effected records (like individual accounts, for instance) will immediately show that change.

 

9. Then left-click the close button to return to the Lynx Main Menu.
