What if I can't Find Something in the Help System?
First of all, go to the Lynx Help System and check the Table of Contents. If you can't find the help you're looking for, left-click on the Index tab:
Enter the key word (or words) that best describe the subject you're looking for help on. Try several different words.
If you still can't find the help you need, you might try our Online Help system or calling Columbus Systems directly.
2. Does the integrated Help System ever change?
Does the Integrated Help System ever Change?
Unfortunately, no. Our Integrated Help system runs using the "Windows Help Program".
As of 2016 the Windows Help Program is not supported in Windows 10, Windows Server 2012, or later versions of Windows Server. The Windows Help program is available for Windows Vista, 7, 8, and 8.1 only and will not be receiving anymore updates from Columbus Systems.
