Delivery List Change . . .

We've made a change to report DR01 "Delivery List". This is the report that is typically

generated when you're setting up your deliveries and want a list of stops for the driver. It's

printed from the "Add, Change, Delete Routes" window under the Options button as "Print

a List of the Selected Stops". It can also be printed from "Delivery Reports".

Previously, this report included the directions to the tank location. Whether of not these

directions print is now a preference. If you go to Routing Preferences and you'll see a

new option that controls whether or not the directions print . . .

If you select "Yes", the directions will print. If you select "No", they will not print. The effect of

this is that you will be able to get a couple of more stops per page thereby shortening the

length of the report if you don't print the directions.

Latest Versions . . .

The latest version of the Lynx software is 7.7.50.123. To check which version

of the software you have on your system, go to the Main Menu, left-click on "Help" and then

left-click on "About...".

The latest version of the Help System is 4.34. To check which version of the Help System

you have, go to any Help topic (it doesn't matter which one) and left-click on the word "Help"

near the top of the window on the second line and then left-click on the word "Version".

Both of these are now available for downloading from our web site www.LynxPropaneSoftware.com. By

the way, as you probably know, these are downloaded separately. The process is described

in detail in Help under the key word "Internet".
