New Feature . . .
Here's a handy feature that's been added to the system. It allows you to immediately see any batches that have not been posted to the General Ledger. It's the last item on the drop-down menu under "Bookkeeping" on the Main Menu and is called "View Batches That Have Not Been Posted".
Another New feature . . .
If you are using the Plain Paper" statements, you now have the option of printing the Pre-buy gallons left on the account on the statement. This is a Yes / No switch that is set under "Company Preferences" (under the "More Preferences" tab).
A Reminder . . .
If you're using the "Interval" routing method for scheduling any of your tanks, you have the ability to choose either "summer" or "winter" frequencies of interval. In other words, a different frequency in the summer than in the winter. Which one is used depends on a switch in Routing Preferences. Since the weather is getting cooler in most parts of the country, it's probably a good time to think about changing from "Summer" to "Winter" intervals (if you haven't already).
