This is the first Newsletter in a couple of months. It's been a little hectic since we've been running around the country attending the various propane Trade shows. However, this did give us the opportunity to meet some of you face-to-face which is always enjoyable.
FAQ's . . .
Don't know if you've noticed, but inside the Lynx Help System are a number of FAQ's (Frequently Asked Questions). There are currently 17 sets of these questions organized by category (FAQ's About Taxes, FAQ's About Invoicing, FAQ's About Tanks, etc.).
The FAQ's are formatted as questions and answers within each category. Unlike normal help topics, which are typically designed in a "How do I do something" format, FAQ's are aimed more at answering "How come . . ." or "Why did this happen . . ." type questions.
FAQ's are sprinkled throughout the system but can also be found within Help under the Index tab using the key word "FAQ". From there you can check out all of the FAQ's in the system.

New copies of the Lynx software and the Lynx Help System can be directly downloaded from our web site www.LynxPropaneSoftware.com.

By the way . . .
If you haven't seen earlier copies of these Newsletters, you can get them by going to the Lynx Help System. Under the Index tab, key in the word "Newsletter". From there you will see a list of all the previous Newsletters. These can be selected for viewing and/or printed out.
